The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) is a charity, operating across England and Wales, that promotes animal welfare

How It Works

Founded in 1824, the RSPCA is the oldest and largest animal welfare organisation in the world. It investigates and prosecutes cruelty complaints, rescues animals, works with schools to educate children and works with offenders, to prevent repeats of cruel behaviour towards animals. Get involved by volunteering, donating, joining animal welfare campaigns or shopping at one of the RSPCA’s shops.
