The Mental Health Foundation aims to help people understand, sustain and protect their mental health.
Since 1949, the Mental Health Foundation has been the UK’s leading charity for everyone’s mental health. Prevention is at the heart of their work, which is centred around community and peer programmes, research, public engagement and advocacy.
How You Can Help
You can sign up to join OPEN, the Foundation’s online community of people whose opinions and experience inform their work. Anyone can join OPEN, whether you have experience of a mental health condition or not, but you must be over 18.
You will be invited via email to join activities such as polls, surveys, focus groups or possible even media interviews.
Make a single of monthly donation of your choice, or get involved in fundraising as an organiser or attendee. Alternatively, order a green ribbon pin badge or face mask, or give to the Foundation as you shop online with certain retailers.
