Alzheimer’s Research UK is a dementia research charity.

Founded in 1992, Alzheimer’s Research UK focusses on scientific research projects into Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, including its causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and potentially curative therapies.

How You Can Help

Time: A few minutes +

In a few minutes you can sign Alzheimer’s Research UK’s petition on doubling funding for dementia research, or ask your MP to commit to the charity’s campaign on brain health. The charity’s active campaigns can be seen here.

Alzheimer’s Research UK offer a range of volunteering opportunities for those looking to give their time anywhere from once a week, month, or year. These include collecting money in your local area, helping at sporting or community events, and even lending office and administration skills at the organisation’s head office near Cambridge (subject to need).

Make a donation of your choice, either as a standalone gift or on a recurring basis. You can also explore their fundraising opportunities and events, including gaming livestreams and dedicating your birthday or other celebrations to the charity.
