El Puma does accept volunteers, who must speak at least basic Spanish. Duties may include feeding the animals, cleaning and repairing all animal enclosures, building new enclosures, giving guided tours of the centre to English-speaking visitors, observation and data collection of the animals for research.
The best way to contact El Puma appears to be via the volunteering comment section on the park website, and leaving a contact email for them to get in touch with you.
