Diotima is a Greek non-governmental, non-profit gender equality organisation.
Founded in 1989, Diotima promotes gender equality practices, lobbies for political and social transparency regarding gender equality, and highlights discrimination against women of all social, economic and political backgrounds. It provides legal support and counselling for women experiencing violence, trafficking, immigration and economic difficulties. It also helps with skills upgrading and employment, and provides educational and humanitarian aid programmes in Greece and throughout Europe.
