The Human Rights House Foundation establishes, supports, and connects Human Rights Houses – coalitions of civil society organisations working to advance human rights.

The Foundation currently consists of 16 Houses in 11 countries that are united together via an international network. The organisation advocates for the fundamental human rights that underpin independent civil society and make it possible to hold institutions and individuals accountable, through activities such as awareness raising to capacity building and protection.

How You Can Help

Time: Various (A few minutes +)

Sign up to receive monthly and periodic news and insight into the activities of Human Rights Houses and issues affecting human rights defenders.

You cannot volunteer directly with the Foundation, however individual Houses are formed of member organisations who may accept volunteers. Check this page for details on the individual Houses and how you may be able to help them.
