The Serengeti Foundation creates and supports initiatives for the protection, freedom, and sanctuary of animals, habitats and humans.
Founded in 1997, the Serengeti Foundation facilitates projects around the globe that are dedicated to standing beside animals, preserving and restoring natural habitats, and connecting humans to nature.
How You Can Help
Time: Various
Volunteers are accepted at the Foundation’s Engler Canyon Ranch, where you can assist with general animal husbandry, ranch maintenance, and other onsite projects at the refuge. There are also other opportunities to help the Foundation in roles such as community outreach, working at a spay and neuter clinic, and evacuating animals and wildlife in emergency situations.

Give a one-off or regular donation of your choice to the Foundation, either directly to them or to the projects they support.
Location: Global – US (based), support projects in Thailand, Kenya and Tanzania (Tsavo Conservation Area), Port Au Prince in Haiti
