Hearts of Hope is a US charity offering support to families caring for critically ill children.
Founded by a family who had lost a son at a young age, Hearts of Hope offers various programs to support families caring for a critically ill child. These initiatives include grants for everyday costs such as utilities, groceries and maintenance, the ‘I Can Help Network’ which connects families with volunteers willing to help them with their needs.
