United Through Sport is a charity working to transform the lives of young people from disadvantaged communities using the power of sport.
United Through Sport works around the world to further the holistic development of young people between the ages of 5-35 through organised sports. They focus on their health, education and personal development, with programmes that improve education outcomes, raise sexual health awareness, promote gender equality and build life-skills.
How You Can Help

United Through Sport encourages international volunteers to travel and help with their programmes in South Africa, Argentina, St. Lucia or Thailand. Visit this website to learn more.
Please note: Travel to these areas may not currently be possible from all locations due to COVID-19 restrictions.
You can also volunteer with their fundraising teams in the UK, Netherlands and USA.

Make a donation to United Through Sport through a one-off or regular gift, or fundraise for the organisation.
Alternatively for £15 a month you can also sponsor a child who is part of the United Through Sport programme.
Location: Global – primarily South Africa, but with satellite programs in Argentina, St Lucia and Thailand.
